Brugmansia Tester

I asked a gardener friend in the midwest
early this year if he would mind testing my 3
2024 seedlings.  I also treated him to a
rooted B. Shorty's Variegated for his
helping me out.

This past week he sent me photos of
what he was testing.

B. Shorty's Variegated:

This is a new seedling:

We are seeing signs of pink in her
as she ages.  The tester recommended
the name Pink Lemonade for her.

Another seedling being tested:

Came from the Mother / B. Dusty above.

Isn't She So Breath Taking?

This is off one of our variegated
Hydrangeas.

Brugmansia Are Blooming

In the green and brug houses.

They are sure happy now that they are protected!

Hoop House

Here is where we store the potted plants
that can stay outside but we give them
protection.

Rose of Sharon

Our double pink.

Our Variegated.

The above one was found on one of our solid
green shrubs several year ago and not purchased.
There is one the market now from what I have
learned.
I have noted several seedpods on this one
this year.  So I'm excited to see if the variegation
carries on.

We have several others from white to rose but
since I cut them back last fall to the ground
they won't bloom this year.

Fall is the time of year to get cuttings.

That Time Of Year!

10/5/2025

Today was my day to put out the
other bones and the girl at the front
door.   Just getting out what I can
when I have extra time.

I am in hopes that the bones will
stop the rodents/squirrels from
digging in the dirt.

Just a little more to go!

Had to go out and take some photos
of the glow!

Just adding more!

More Red!

This tree will be the last to come inside.
Just enjoying seeing it bloom.
