Last 48 Hours Of Wind

Today I picked up #9 limb from the
neighbors' tree that fell into our yard.
I also had to mow to pickup all the
evergreen sprigs that came down.
Let's just say the north lawn and
flower beds were just covered!
I'll have to vac the beds our again.
The limb came down into the Wisteria
that was trimmed a few days prior.
Thankfully no damage!

The above photos were taken mid
wind storm before the highest wind
hit.

This morning I picked up the mess and
found more branches and sticks to pickup.

Zoom in and see the mess!  All three beds are
covered.

Again the evergreen sprigs are all over the north
garden area.  I have now raked this area 4 times
due to what is falling.   Then again mowing to pick
up all that is in the grass.

Wanting Feedback!

A few days ago Microsoft wanted feed
back so I told them to stop the spam!
3/302025  1:16 PM  the attempts to
access my account stopped according
to my account information.  But the
spamming of my email escalated, again.
Those just take a few clicks to report
and block.

Now, it's Google's turn!  For those of
you that are here to spam and raise my
numbers, are you really helping?  NO!!

Sorry it's not about the numbers here, it's
about sharing information and the passion
for the plants I grow.  When I started my
blog there was very little information out there.

Your raising my counts are just that, why?
Not important or I'd be getting paid for it.

Got another feedback request.

When is Microsoft and Google going to
use the tools to stop the spamming?  They
can track these folks and ya know they are
using both Microsoft and Google to do so.
Ya know if you take their rights to use your
programs this all would put a damper in their
illegal use of your programs!

Starting The Spring Bloomer Cut Back.

It was a nice evening to start cutting
back some of the spring bloomers and
clean out the beds!  One corner is
completed.

Happy Memorial Day!

Thank you for your service!

People, People, People!!!

This past week we had a couple folks
just drop by, no appt.!  Walked pass the
no trespassing signs, I guess it's time to
turn on the alarms?

The first guy wanted to know if we wanted
landscaping or help?  I let my husband deal
with him as I was just shaking my head.
You look at our yard and think we need
landscaping or help?  NO!  To me that
was an insult or was he just fishing?

Last night there were two guys looking
to wash our windows.  Nice guys so I
took time with them and the one kid
kept asking if I sell plants/flowers? I
asked, do I look like I need my windows
cleaned?  Do I look like I need a new
roof or gutters?  As well as we keep
our property up??   If you want to talk
garden, plants or whatever, make an
appointment.  These are our private gardens.
Again I'm a hybridizer so what you
see is what has been created, you won't
find a lot of this in retail shops. Our yard
is 35+ years of work and didn't happen
over night.  We are a test garden and yes,
you can find is on the web.  We have a
working garden and test for other hybridizers.

We watched the cameras as they left
and they didn't stop at our neighbors.

Make an appointment!

Or should I be asking where you live
and come visit you without making
an appointment???  Or just maybe I
should start charging for my time?
Sorry, I just shake my head!  Folks
that know me know I work hard and
love to educate folks.

Make an appointment!!

6/26/2025

NO Appointment!! Walked past the
2 No Trespassing signs besides our
karma 'Happy Toes' Garden sign that
reads make an appointment!  These are
our private gardens.

What is with folks these days?  Again
today a person shows up trying to sell
us extermination, I watch him go into
the yard and all I could say is did you see
any bugs while you were in my yard?
Come on, you state you are an
environmentalist.    It got to the point
I asked him to leave, not once but 3 times.

Again did you see any bugs in our yard??
