'The Court Case'

So sorry for my silence but this had

to play out first............. 

It now been 2 week since the 

judge made her decision to

'deny' the request against my 

husband and myself by a

neighbor that didn't provide

proof of what they alleged 

we did.   They also had alot 

of demands that had nothing

to do with the alleged assault

that didn't happen.  Even the

officer that they called didn't 

find them creditable and they 

were told to put up cameras 

and take us to mediation before 

he closed the file.  They ran to 

the courts and file a restraining 

order against us.  Which was 

denied and we only learned of 

what they pulled when the courts

sent out a deputy to give us the 

court doc as to what they stated.  

What is so funny, we wanted 

nothing to do with them ever 

since they moved in.  We didn't 

go greet them, which was mentioned 

in one of the verbal attacks while 

cleaning the roadway.  We were 

accused of blowing leaves back 

into their yard on several verbal 

attacks.  Our photos we submitted 

to the judge made the statement she 

didn't see any leaves but plenty 

of weeds.   

What we were accused of was 

priceless as we didn't do any 

of what they accused us of. 

None of this was a criminal 

offences that should of ended

up in the legal system and 

was a waste of court time.

This all started last fall and 

took months to get through 

the legal system with delays 

and hiring attorneys.  The 

endless lies and gaslighting 

was done to make themselves 

look good but had nothing to 

do with what they accused us.  

No proof was presented to back 

up the originally filing with the 

courts.  The numerous requests 

for appearance and the judges 

that were present all made 

statements that they would 

deny their request.

Then there was a video taken 

that wasn't submitted to the 

court but sent to our attorney.  

As we explained to the attorney, 

I told the person that recorded the 

video that they didn't have 

permission to record me.  But yet 

it was according to doc. file with

the court put on their Instagram 

account.  At one point the demands 

were that I take my blog down 

and that too was denied by the judge.  

As our attorney stated my blog was 

cut back to bare min. but now that 

the case has been denied it can 

came back.  Love how they took 

stuff from my blog.

Freedom of Speech is the key here!  

As the judge was told I do not name 

names and she agreed.

So now we wait to see if they 

will appeal but they need proof 

of the so called assault.  The

so called video shows this 

person dancing around me 

while screaming and no assault.  

I didn't do what they accuse and 

this video provides the truth, but 

not filed with the courts.  It saved 

us from filing the house cameras' 

video.   Another demand was they 

wanted the cameras taken down 

especially the one to the northeast 

which monitors the extra parking

spot and the north gate, they stated 

we can look into their house.  

These cameras are not designed to 

look into house's windows.  That

too was denied.

Matter of fact, we have been harassed 

by them for months.  They have falsely 

accused us without showing any doc.  

They have also stalked us on numerous 

occasions and had other family member 

do so also.  Even after the judges ordered 

everyone to stay away from each other.  

10/10/2024 after court we were in our 

vehicle trying to reach our attorney by 

phone when a car pulled up sideways 

by our van.  A while later these folks 

pulled down the same roadway

and the other car then pulled in behind 

them.  We took this as stalking and 

then went to visit with our attorney. 

He could tell we were shaken by this so

the rest of the court hearing were done 

by video conferences to protect us.

Number of late filings by their attorney 

were tossed as they just didn't give us 

time to respond.  Nothing filed had 

anything to do with the so call assault 

that didn't happen.  But they are now in 

our files and again gaslighting comes to 

mind.  

I also posted the RCW on false reports 

for folks to read.  The lies that were 

filed were priceless as they changed

their stories many times.  One of the 

stories is that I ran down my driveway 

and many of you know that I just had 

both knees replaced this past year so 

you think I'm running?  Photos were

submitted as our proof that I couldn't 

have run down the driveway.  Plus due 

to the hamstrings that are also pulled 

there is no running for over a year or more!

We do thank the Judges, the Courts 

and the Clark County Sheriff's 

Department for their help in getting 

this resolved.  We will be taking

their advice and making the call as 

we will not put up with this type 

of abuse.  We especially want to 

thank our attorney and his staff for

the long hours they have spent in 

clearing up this personal attack claim.

Now you know why we don't 

have anything to do with our 

neighbors.  We used to help

others out but not anymore. 

We ask that if they need to 

communicate with us that they 

do so in writing.  

The judge agreed!

Sorry that y'll feel threatened

by how well we keep our property

up and that I'm retired.  Not!!

Our property isn't what is making

your taxes go up either!

Today I started to bring back the 

post from the past, finding over 1,000

post in the draft file.   It appears it

will take sometime to bring them all

back up!  Love going down memory

lane!

We got word that an letter of appeal 

has been filed.  All we can hope for

now is that the truth comes out!

Today we met with our attorney to get

an understanding on the appeal and the 

time line.  Time to let this play out........

Time for an update....... This is all taking

a tole on our family's health.   

7/25/2025

Stalking comes to mind here.  Last weekend

it was noted that cameras were placed on their

house and pointed towards our house garage 

door, not their fence but our garage door.  

They have been seen at their windows also.  

In one of the court filings they stated we could

look into their window with one of our cameras.

Sorry it's pointed to our property and the north 

gate/parking spot.  We have shown this to

our attorney.  Their placement of their camera

is more harassment! Yes, the stalking is still on

going.

As of today we haven't heard a word about the

appeal that their attorney's letter stated that 

would be filed. Nor have we heard a word 

from the judge if there was a ruling.  

1/23/2026

The court case is over with the Plaintiff and 

their attorney not showing up for court.  The 

judge dismissed the case!   After the paperwork

was filed for dismissal it went back to district

court for their dismissal again.  Which was

granted a couple months later.  

Then it was time to go to the WA State Bar!

Since their attorney didn't excuse herself once

she gave up her law license and was still the 

attorney at the time of the dismissal.   Since

the WA State Bar took back her license, they

could no longer go after her.  Their recommendation

was to go to the WA State Attorney General with

our concerns.  Their office sent us an email that

they too couldn't do anything about this.  They

advised us to hire a private attorney.  

I now understand why folks don't trust the process!

We provided that they was no documentation on the

said assault that we were accused of and the Plaintiff 

sent the video that she stated there was an assault to

our attorney but never submitted it to the courts.  It

would of shown that she was the aggressor!  There was

no assault and she violated the RCW on trying to file 

a false claim with the courts.  We have proof that they

have harassed us, stalked us and this was filed due to

a vendetta started by the previous owners, which these

folks were friends with and the drug house folks.  The 

Plaintiffs didn't submit any documents to support their

filing but tried to pull in other neighbors to discredit us.

Now one knows why we don't trust or care about our

neighbors.  In one of her rants, she stated she was jealous

of me and me being retired.  I just laughed at that statement

she has no clue!  I'm not retired and enjoy what I do in 

my yard which she has no clue of what that is.  They both

stated that I blew stuff into their yard, sorry not true and 

the one judge saw nothing but their weeds.  Their goal

is to destroy our yard!  They don't do anything for their 

yard and currently have thistle all over, they don't mow

on a regular bases and it's trashed from what they had

bought.   We currently have to deal with the berryvines 

creeping into our yard and over the fence besides the 

thistle popping up due to the roots.  This past week the

thistle has started to spread by seeds blowing all over

the neighborhood.  There are dandelions all over the place

and the previous owner put in pasture grass so that has

spread all over the hood also.   There was no intention 

of being a good neighbor and that was what we saw from

the beginning.  So you want to know why we didn't 

greet them, here is the story!   

This isn't the first time we have had to deal 

with neighbors doing this and it appears it's

also coming from the other neighbor that 

did this when we first moved in.  Don't ya 

just love those that push an agenda and 

violate the laws in doing so.  

We used to help our neighbors but found

it really wasn't appreciated as all you have

to do is take a look at their yards.  What 

we did for them wasn't taken care of and 

they would rather sit and look at our yard. 

Several times I heard we want you to do 

our yards, why don't you just work on what

you have?   You didn't take care of what 

we did for you so no more helping them out. 

I had a landscaper that was hired to do one 

of our neighbors' yard come to me and

asked for advice.  I proved the point with 

in 3 months to the man.  I told him to make 

it simple for this neighbor to care for and 

then come back in 3 months and find out 

your time wasn't worth it.  Point proven!   

Most folks don't look at their property is

an investment, it's just a building

that they live in, do not cared for their 

property.    We have watched the building

revamped to be sold around us and if one

looks at the past GIS photos one will see

how much care their pieces of property

were cared for. Most folks don't do their

research when buying a house!  Do you

know if you had a drug house?  How well 

the house was cared for or what it was built

on?   

Neighborhoods have history.
