Short Version:
Early January:
The court sent out a summons to
our neighbor and their attorney of
record, besides our attorney.
1/23/2026
Our attorney and I appeared in front
of the judge and the neighbor and their
attorney of record were no shows!
The hearing was for them to answer
to why this case shouldn't be dismissed.
After our attorney brought up the fact
that their attorney was disbarred and
didn't remove herself from the record.
He brought up the fact that this case
shouldn't have been brought to the court
due to he received a letter of intent just
hours prior to the 30 day deadline and the
paper work wasn't receive by the courts
until almost a week afterwards. So there
shouldn't have been a case for the courts.
Our attorney was to draw up for dismissal
paperwork.
The judge dismissed the case!
The Whole Story:
This has been going on for way to long.
The minute they moved in both of us
thought it was odd. We noted that the
neighbors were doing the same thing
that the previous folks that owned the
property did in the past. So we decided
to not have any thing to do with them.
What can one say?
They have never talked to us! One
just have to laugh when you hear the
gossip that goes around here! How
jealous people are and the lies!
Some of our neighbors got caught
in the one neighbors lies this time
by filing nothing that pertained to
the so called assault that she claims.
I will say this now, there was no assault.
Y'll got lied to and what you stated
had nothing to do with the assault
that didn't happen!
There was never an assault! Matter
of fact they have been the aggressors
from the start. They have falsely
accused us with stuff they pulled on us.
My dear husband stop this person from
spraying me with water when he saw
what she was going to do. They have
verbally attacked me, the male once
and several times by the female whom
accused me of being on her property!
Let me tell you I haven't stepped foot
on that property for over a decade and
a half.
Folks that know me, know I doc
everything! One of the things that I
learned while being the Felida
Neighborhood Assn. leader back in
the 1990s. Folks will say and do
things that they make up to push
their agendas! Plus when they do
one needs to make sure you don't
get caught in the crosshairs. Like
the time I had an attorney show
up at my door accusing me of
leading a mob of folks that showed
up at the door where a person was
going to be at when released from jail.
This attorneys was stopped cold in
their lawsuit against the County and
the Felida Neighborhood Assn
when I told them that the FNA didn't
do it, it was a group of folks that
lived in that area. Besides if you don't
have all those that did, you have no case.
I was then asked if I knew whom and I
looked at them and told them I wasn't
there, so good luck! There were more
questions that were shot down by the rights
given to the neighborhood assn. given to them
by Congress. NA can only release or help
govt. disperse information that should be
the only goals.
Back to the lies that lead us to being in court.
When the female made a call to 911
whom then turned it to the Sheriff's
department. The deputy didn't believe
her. She was told to take us to mediation
and put up cameras. The deputy didn't
even make contact with us. We learned
of this when she went to file a restraining
order against us. The issue was reported
after an encounter by her as she aggressively
screamed at me in the middle of a public
roadway after I told her she had no right
videoing me without my permission as she
was screaming at me to get off her property.
That was on Sat., she ran to the courts that
next Monday while my husband and I
were in Portland due to he had surgery
scheduled. Not a word or notice that she
was doing this. We learned when the courts
sent out the paperwork by a deputy to let us
know. We thank the deputy for his patients
with us and informing us what they were
doing. No notice to us and I'm shocked
the courts allowed this to move forward.
There was no doc. just her stating this
happened. Isn't there a RCW about filing
false claims? I was like wow, no doc
and proof? Plus if you read what she filed,
the story changes the more we had to show up
in court. Many court dates with issues and
many judges hearing this case. My husband
and I just felt we needed legal counsel to protect
us. So another court setting date and we just
knew there would be more as this was dragged
out. Then they hired an attorney, whom would
file stuff without warning or giving us time to
respond. Their attempts to make themselves
look good by adding other neighbors' letters
and nothing about the so called assault that
didn't happen. Matter of fact they were the
aggressors.
Let me say this, after each court hearing
one would hear the judges all agree that this
case should be denied. But yet another thing
would be filed and again another hearing.
All along our attorney keep trying to
get them to sign a multi agreement to
stay away and no contact. They
refused to sign to end this madness.
What did they want?
The Columbian was so great to report on
their said attorney! Thank you Columbian!!
Let me tell you, we filed the Deputy's report,
the 911 report and up front with a letter to the
courts before our attorney was hired. That
should of been enough to toss this but didn't.
I will call this like it is, jealous neighbors
that from the first day they purchased the
house were to carry out the vendetta of
the previous property owners, whom are
friends with the current neighbors.
One should question why this house sold for
$150,000 more than it was valued. If you
watch the GIS files it switched back
and forth. Also note this isn't the
only house in the neighborhood that this
happen, with the house prices rise rapidly.
The actions by them is a long list from
the female going out to waves at us and
screaming "Hi Neighbors." if we were
outside, going out to wave at my
husband when she knew he would
be arriving from work. Having Code
Enforcement come out by filing a report
I was running a business/Nursery
out of our home. Then the Code
Enforcement officer catches the male
watching from one of the windows.
This Officer asked if I have had neighbor
issues and they were told of the first screaming
encounter by them and now you are here.
Read the sign! Yes, I have a business
license due to another neighbor pulled
about the same thing years ago. I understand
what the State of WA requirements are
and again we are a touring garden open
by appointment only! We have been stalked
on several occasions even after one court
date when the female's Dad found where
we were parked. They didn't abide by
what the court's stated.
Let me shift gears here, I do not hidden my health
issues and many of you know last year I had both
knees replaced. But yet one of the female's story
was I ran down the driveway. I provided to the
courts my medical records on my knees. That should
of closed the case as she lied.
Then there is the issue of them removing
the trees to trash our yard after just a few
weeks after my one knee replacement.
Each of our neighbors have received a
letter from us about issues and their
trees. Yes, many times we have dealt
with damage to our property and the
trashing of our property when their
trees came down. Damage our insurance
company had to pay for and our rates
went up. After watching those that
were hired coming into our yard for
cleanup and kicking our plants that
was put to a stop! No one is allowed into
our yard for cleanup and no more trashing of
our property due to the last event. Every day
this crew arrived they would find the property
cleaned up. They were advised not to drop
branches into our property or on the car canopy,
but they did. Let's just say they paid for the
damage and we were told to bring the stuff
to the end of the driveway. This company
put the pile on their yard and didn't tell
the homeowner. The homeowner
brought this up in court. So we furnish our
documentation to the court and why the
stuff was in their yard. The crew put it
there and then told us to put the rest on
the pile. You see they wanted to bring
up other issues to discredit us but we did
what the crew told us. I even cleaned up
the mess their crew left in the roadway!
When the courts heard this and the list
of demands the judge hearing the case
sided with us. In her ruling she stated she
didn't see any of the demands had grounds
to move forward as they had nothing to
do with the fact that there was no document
of the so called assault presented to move
forward. Again these demands were bogus
and she pointed out I was not breaking the
laws. This is why the blog was put back into
place, yes they demanded it to be taken down.
But the female admitted to putting the video
on her Instagram, why? She looked pretty
bad in her ranting, calling me names and
again falsely stating I was on her property
which was in the Dad's name at that time.
Again I was in a Public Roadway!
30 Day Wait Period
Then came the 30 day wait period to see if
they were going to appeal. At the last minute
they files a letter of intent to appeal. But didn't
file the appeal doc to the courts until after the
30 days. No case?? But the Superior court move
it forward. After 8 months of nothing from them
it was time to go to the courts to dismiss as we
have told our attorney what we had faced for the
past years has started causing us health issues
with all the stress and still being stalked. This
was nothing more than an vendetta by these folks.
So the courts were contacted and asked what was
going on as it's over 8 months and no word.
We had gotten word that they were ready to
move forward to dismiss.
I take it that it's due to the attorney of record
was the hold up, but nothing was done in this
eight month period. Their attorney can be found
in the Columbian news articles. She was
disbarred but still their attorney of record. Why??
The summon was issued to both of them and our
attorney in early January with the hearing
date of 1/23/2026. There was conversation
with our attorney about appearing. My husband
was admitted to the hospital a week prior,
the thought was I needed to be there out of
respect for the court process.
On that Friday I did go as I wanted answers
as to why she lied. I was glad I went. Out of
respect to the court it was my duty tobe
present and willing to answer any questions.
I wanted the judge to hear I didn't assault
her nor did I want anything to do with them
from the day they moved in. So why did
she file a false court case? I know why
and what was her agenda all along.
They all were no shows and no zoom.
Our take is they had no intention to
come and this was to hold over our
heads because we wanted to have
nothing to do with them. We still
don't and are weighing our legal
option against them. I know you are
asking why. Which bring me to the
last section.
Health issues.
The stress has caused both of us to have
more health issues which our doctors
have told us caused by stress. I will
tell you, we may appear healthy but
we both deal with heart issues. What do
you say when your BP is over 180/100
for weeks on end and then drops to normal
then pops upward and drops.
I'll tell you watching my husband
a couple month ago having to get
a pacemaker put in and just recently have
him admitted to the hospital for a
full week isn't something I wish on
anyone. His BP was 211/115 when
they admitted him a week ago after
our second visit to the ER in a week.
They were talking about a stroke and
another issue.
Bless the Peace Health Emergency
folks for saving his life!
He will have a long road of recovery.
During one MRI we were told that
he had a stoke a couple years ago
and he didn't know it.
Then there is the fact I was told right
before the Thanksgiving holiday that
I will be looking at open heart surgery
in the near future. The stress from the
court case has caused my heart valve to
start failing. I know some of you will
say the stress of knee replacement is
an issue. I'll tell you no, I needed them
to be replace or it was a wheelchair
for the old gal. I was looking forward
in no pain and my goal of being in the
garden! The doctors and PT folks told
me what was needed and I'll tell you I
breeze thought it in record time and was
release early. The stress was from the
unknown of what the neighbors would
pull next, the stalking the verbal attacks
and false lies was my source of stress.
If you missed the gardens last year,
sorry but they were breath taking.
The Last Verbal Attack:
Was priceless! I was given permission to
keep our circle clean so I for the past 20
years of it's been clean due to certain
neighbor's complaints. But last year in
one of the verbal attacks I was accuse
of blowing leaves into the neighbors yard.
The male came at me screaming and
falsely accusing me of blowing them
into his yard. Let me stop here and tell
you the property is in her dad's name at the
time. So I thought okay, turn off the
blower and the first thing he stated he
was going to call the county! Go ahead
was the words as I told him that the neighbor
to the south used to pull the same thing.
I have permission to clean the circle to
stop his complaints. I also asked what
leaves do you see in your yard? They are
at your curb and these leave are out of your
trees so it's your obligation to pick them
up, I was just blowing them to the curb to
help you out. You don't pick them up. He
turned and went back inside. Then the
female shows up and again I'm accused of
blowing the leaves into their yard.
All this time my husband is watching this
unfold from the garage door area. When
I got done again I took some photos! You
see I don't trust my neighbors. None of
them do yard work! They think once the
leaves fall into the street it's the county's
job to clean them up. These attacks were
priceless and showed just how much they
knew and it was attacks against us.
But the last one was priceless. I was
cleaning the street again and notice
the female by the driveway with her
camera. I turned off the electrical blower
and told her she didn't have permission
to video me and I would appreciate
if she didn't. Then all the sudden she
is running down the driveway scream
at me calling me a bitch, a bitter old
lady and other names while screaming
at me to get off her property. I'm
standing in a public roadway and she
has no right to talk to me in that manor.
She told me that she was pregnant
and trying her best to take care of her
yard. Excuse me, look at the mess and
that sounds like a personal problem!
She continued screaming and accusing
me of being on her property, so I said
why am I cleaning up what she should
be doing? Then she mentioned I was retired
and her comment was you have time
to do your yard. She sounded very
jealous as she screamed about our yard.
At one point she stated she was an
educator as she kept screaming at me
and choice name calling. She acted
like she wanted me to hit her as she
held her phone. Sorry I turned to her
and stated she has no clue who we were.
She hasn't even talked to us other than
screaming at the top of her lungs!
Then she told me to call the police
like I always do. Again I'm hearing
this statement. For the record, I have
only called the Sheriff a few times when the
previous neighbor and son blocked our
driveway with their vehicles on purpose
for an hour. They knew just how long it
would take an officer to get here. Then
moved the cars before they appeared.
I did call to say they finally moved them
so cancel the request. But they did drive by.
I had another encounter with neighbor, new
to the neighborhood when I first met him
stated I'm the neighbor who calls the police.
I asked where he heard that from? It was
the neighbor to the south, now we know
where this is all coming from.
I finished blowing leaves to the curb and
turned around, she was still screaming at
me as I didn't pay attention to her. I then went
to the house and called my husband to come
home. I told him what was said and told
him I watched the video from our cameras
of what just happened. It was so sad she
thought she had to scream at me in that
manner, plus she is an educator is what she stated.
An educator??? Heck I'm a retired educator
to be truthful the actions I saw from her
really makes one concerned. You see a
couple more neighbors have lawn services
and they use powerful gas powered blowers
louder than my electric blower but this female
doesn't do this to them! One will blow
leaves in their directions but no one goes
screaming at them?
If you read the files you will find she changed
her stories, it was unbelievable. She tried to
file a false report but ran to the courts. She
wasted court time and money. Then lets speak
of their attorney whom well no longer practices
law but didn't remove herself from the case., why?
We wouldn't have had the stress or added health
issues if this was stopped with the courts not accepting
the no doc. or allowing this to continue. They had no
doc and the attacks were done to us! They are
the ones lieing!
Sorry, I have lots of legal questions that need
answered! What a waste of taxpayers' money!
To my neighbors that read this, we again are
shake our heads. Again we are seeing your
agenda pushing. We are tired of you saying
you didn't know. Again all contact should
be put in writing if you want to communicate
with us.
