Happy 4th of July!

Well last night in Felida must of been the 4th.
So much noise and the poor animals are shell
shocked today.

It is time to ban fireworks in Clark County!!

This is what was removed from our yard, deck,
gutters, and roof from the 4th of July.

You should of seen all the debris in our circle!!

7/7/2022

Today while mowing I found 7 more pieces.  I
won't find it all until I cut the yard back!

Golf Carts Again!!

Again this past week golf carts have been
seen on the streets of Felida!   First was the
folks putting out fliers for the Felida 4th of
July gathering.  Second was a lady looking
for her cat.   These are not licensed vehicles
that using the streets and illegal as I informed
the lady looking for her cat.

Why???   Are folks just lazy or do they not
know or care?  Heaven forbid one of these
folks have an accident!

New Poppies

I decided to get a couple new poppies this
year, one package of red and the other was
mixed colors.    I put the red ones at the
curb and the mixed in 4 places in the front
yard.  Well the rabbits loved them more
than I did as they sprouted they would eat
them.   I think there are just a few that will
bloom in a shaded area they didn't find.
But the ones at the curb area just awesome!!
To my surprise there is also some orange and
a pretty pink mixed in with the red.   I will
surely be saving seeds of these!!

Clematis Cut Back Time

If you want fall blooms cut them back
and fertilize them!   I started doing ours
today and I'll post photos soon.

This is what one will get if they cut
them back.  Here is just a month after
cutting them back.

Here is the last Clematis to be cut
back.

Wait until you see how well these are doing!!
