Protect Your Eyes!!

Turn the blues off on your computer
and phone to save your eyes.  If you
are an artist it will be hard to see
photos with out blues but your
eyes will love you!!

Second Day W/Snow-Rain Mix

They are saying another colder morning with
snow and rain mix.  At least this am (10) the
wind has died down!  I hate to see the wind
as I know it will trash our yard again!

Yesterday was a bad day with the wind and
the noise from the north.  I felt so sorry for
the guy fixing the neighbor's house due to
the trees that came down in earlier wind.
The poor guy having to be up there and
watching the trees sway.  If our yard was
being trashed what did he have to deal
with out in the rain trying to fix the house?
It took him all day to repair the house,
those were huge trees and the area had
to be resided beside the roof and I'm
surprised the gutter was left bent.
But again they left it go for months.

Now we watch the trees in this area.
Why according to the arborist that
we talked to if trees are allowed to
grow together they rely on each other
to keep standing.  If some come down
and you have a whole the support is
gone so it leaves the rest unstable.
There is one evergreen that is leaning
towards the house!

Life in the Hood!!  Now you know
why we have gone to ornamental
trees!!

 I stand corrected!!

Later this morning there were a
few guys out there working on the
roof and gutters!

I played outside today so I didn't get much done.
Only cream, red, gray and yellow to go!

3/30/2023

For the past couple days I have been dealing
with a spammer and not able to stitch.
Sunday I just turned off the phone and computer
so I could have some stitching times.

4/2/2023

I'd rather be doing this than being harassed!!

4/4/2023

This should of been done by the 1st of
April but due to all the spamming my
account has had I had to deal with that
first.

Now that the stitching is done I now have
a couple days of removal of the ink that
was used due to it was a stamped kit.  Drying
and putting a backing on this to make sure
all the threads do not come loose.

This is a special gift for a very special person!

3/2/2023 5 minutes of Hail

As the storm rolled through our poor
Sable headed to the bath tub.  You can
tell she wasn't happy with this storm at
all.  I picked her up 4 times and the
last time took her to the window to
watch the hail.  She was shaking like
crazy and you could tell she hated
being held.  So I popped her back into
the tub where she felt safe!
