What Did You Do Today??

Since it's fall, we spend the
day pulling all the Brugmansia
out of the yard and stripped their
leaves off getting them ready to
go into their house for the winter
months

As you can see this is how
I move the plants.  An
appliance dolly really saves
on the back if you do it
right.

Once the collection was stripped and moved
to the driveway area I opted to move several
clematis to the fence line by the street.

All were removed but 2 when the wind picked up
today!

Thank you Josh Cozart!

September Is A Record Breaking Month

Already!  I am gratefully and really
surprised at all the attention.  I know
folks come here to spam and I'm laughing
at the emails and regular mail I am getting.
Like the regular mail for insurance and they
thought I was a male!  NOT!!  If you believe
everything on the net, you need to do more
research!!

I take the spam emails as harassment!  The
good book states treat others as you would
like to be treated.

Another Busy Day in the Garden...

 Trying to get everything done.
Today was move the lights day
and put up the new lights in the
greenhouse.  I had to mow as we
are to have a few days of rain. I
needed to trim up some of the
wisteria so I could mow the path.
Then I was able to get to stripping
some of the brugs.  Hope you enjoy
the photos.

Someone asked how I move these huge
trees.  I'll let the photos show you.

This one is B. Jutner Peachy
Cream and she is to tall to go
into the Brug House so she
will be cut.

I also had someone ask about
taking cuttings.  Soon I'll post
a cutting post to help those that
want to learn.

Another Busy Day In The Garden

Today was my day to get all
the plants out of the huge cement
planter then start on the Brugmansia.

Ordered the new plastic for the Brug
House and before it comes I need to
empty out the plants.

I worked on getting some of the
Brugmansia closer to the driveway.
Here are some photos from today.

Look at the size of this bud!

The tendrils are long!

Another new hybrid I have been
watching for a few years!  It appears
to be white.

Long tendrils with those huge leaves.
